Massage Therapy

There's no denying the power of massage therapy. No matter how you describe it - pampering, rejuvenating, therapeutic - or the reasons you seek it out, massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your fitness and healthcare regimen.

Aidas Buzelis is a former professional basketball player, a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and a licensed Illinois state massage therapist.

Due to his sports background, he specializes in deep tissue and sports massage as well as different types of Manual Physical Therapy techniques, such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and muscle activation techniques. Aidas also has additional certification in both Primal Reflex Release Technique (PRRT) and Total Motion Release (TMR). Since 2008, Aidas has been the official massage therapist for the Lithuanian National Basketball Team travelling to the 2009 and 2011 European championships, 2010 World championship, and 2012 Olympic games in London.
